Bruins change season ticket
structure
The Estevan Bruins have changed the system of their season ticket
packages for the 2008-09 season.
Season tickets will be sold on a per game basis, replacing the
traditional punch cards. When season tickets are purchased,
there will be a package with 28 game day tickets inside. Each
ticket will have a specific date and game printed on it.
There will be make-up games throughout the season. Fans will
be able to redeem any ticket that is from a different game than
the one being played.
The SJHL is encouraging all teams to go ahead with this format
in 2008-09. Many teams in the SJHL and the Canadian Junior A
hockey have successfully used this ticket system.
Season ticket prices will not be going up this year. This year's
early bird season ticket blitz will be from May 12 to June 20.
Punch cards will remain an option this year, but a punch card
will cost more.
