The Rattler three-peat is the second in Arena Football history. The last time this was done was by the Detroit Drive in 1988 to 1990. This is the Rattlers fifth championship in their history. Quarterback Nick Davilla was named the Arena Bowl most valuable player.

In NFL preseason, the Seattle Seahawks took out the Chicago Bears 34-6 in a one-sided game. The Seahawks record is 2-1 and they will close out the preseason against the Oakland Raiders.
