Local artists will once again open their doors to the general public during the third annual Cultural on the Go self-guided visual arts tour, which will be offered by the Estevan Arts Council on July 25 and 26.
Tours will begin at 1 p.m. each day. Dozens of people have taken the tour during the past two years.
Artists working in oil, pottery, sculpture, drawing, loom weaving, quilting, gourd art, taxidermy, jewelry, handcrafts and more are on the tour. Local museums have participated in previous years.
The tour will boast 12 locations in Estevan, Roche Percee and North Portal.
Maps of the different tour stops are available at locations in Estevan and North Portal. Signs will be placed along the route to direct people.
The tours give people a chance to view local art work up close, and to talk to the artist about their chosen discipline.
