The value of entertainment

The Estevan Alliance Church was packed on May 14, as the African Children’s Choir entertained the audience with elements of their culture. Children sang, danced and played musical instruments. Since 1984, more than 1,000 children have toured as part of the choir, and have been supported by Music for Life, which is an organization that helps the young people in the choir. Aside from the music, people had the chance to sponger a child form the choir as there were pamphlets handed out before the performance. (Photo credit: Mackenzie Hientz)
