Estevan Police Service members are investigating an incident that occurred at a house party on Sunday night between an 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old female. Charges are pending.
A vehicle was stopped for driving actions, which resulted in a road side screening device demand. The person supplied a sample of breath above .04, and was issued a 24-hour driving suspension.
Police were called to several false alarms across the city.
Police were dispatched to a local fast food restaurant on Friday night, as two patrons were involved in an argument. The 22-year-old male made some threats to another male. Police arrested the 22-year-old male, and charged him with intimidation and carry a prohibited weapon.
During a traffic stop, police detected the smell of marijuana. A 30-year-old male was in possession of 19 grams. He was arrested and charged with possessing less than 30 grams of a controlled substance. He will appear in court on March 17.
Police have arrested and charged a 44-year-old male for impaired driving and driving while over .08 on Thursday night, after police observed him exceeding the posted speed limit. He will make a court appearance March 17.
Members also called to a disturbance in the south area of the city. Members spoke to a male subject and were able to resolve the issue. No further action was needed.
