Bantam Chargers beat Springside

The Estevan Power Dodge Bantam A Chargers remained undefeated in league play with a 2-1 victory over the Springside Lions on November 30 in Kamsack.

Springside had a 1-0 lead through two periods, but Estevan responded with two goals a few minutes apart in the third to rally for the win. Megan LeBlanc scored seven minutes into the final frame to tie the score, and Ashton Magotiaux scored the game-winning goal with eight minutes remaining in the third.

Ashlyn Taillon was in goal for the victory.

The Chargers have a 9-0-1 record in league play, and they're in first place in the South Saskatchewan Female Hockey League. Their next scheduled games in league play are December 21, when they'll visit the Regina Cougars, and December 22, when they'll play the South West Cyclones in Gull Lake.
