Comments

(L-R) St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation executive director Becky Conly, St. Joseph's Health Care Auxiliary co-president Nola Joseph, United Way board member Mark Petttitt, St. Joseph's Hospital executive director Greg Hoffort, auxiliary co-president Sharon Heinz and treasurer Darla Wilhelm participated in a cheque presentation.

The St. Joseph's Health Care Auxiliary has made another cheque presentation to the hospital, as part of the auxiliary's commitment to new intensive care unit equipment at the hospital.

The auxiliary presented a cheque for $15,000 to the hospital on December 4 at the auxiliary's annual Christmas tea, bake sale and silent auction. The ICU equipment had a $90,000 price tag; the auxiliary has now paid off half the amount.

Funds have been raised through a variety of fundraisers. The auxiliary is also a member agency for the United Way Estevan, and they receive money through allocations from the United Way.
