Police had a quiet Halloween
Estevan Police Service members had an uneventful Halloween, as no incidents were reported with trick-or-treaters.
Police did check numerous vehicles on Thursday night, and handed a 28-year-old Regina male with a 24-hour suspension for being over the .04 blood alcohol content limit. Another Estevan male was charged with speeding in a residential area.
Police checked a vehicle with several youth inside, and learned that the driver was suspended. The vehicle was seized and the driver issued a ticket. A male passenger was also arrested for having outstanding warrants, and will appear in court next week to answer to the charges.
