The Estevan Chamber of Commerce and the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum (EAGM) teamed up for Halloween activities on October 26.
The Chamber offered its second annual pumpkin carving contest. Entrants brought their uniquely carved and decorated pumpkins to the EAGM in the afternoon. The pumpkins were then illuminated for the public to view that evening.
Each pumpkin was photographed, and the pictures have been placed on the Tourism Estevan Facebook page; members of the public can vote for their favourite pumpkin, and the pumpkin that receives the most votes in each of the different categories will receive a prize.
The EAGM hosted its annual Halloween Haunt in conjunction with the pumpkin carving contest. In addition to viewing the pumpkins, people could try crafts or purchase merchandise from vendors.
