The third annual Flyin' High at the Eagle Showdown on September 28 and 29 attracted drivers in three different classes for two days of racing.
Stormy Scott from Las Cruses, New Mexico, was the winner in the modified class each day. Scott's twin brother, Johnny, was second each night.
The Scotts are friends with local racer Masen Big Eagle. Big Eagle's father, Derrick, is among the organizers for Flyin' High at the Eagle.
In the other classes, the winners on September 28 were Levi Runge of Lampman in the hobby stock class and Gary Goudy Jr. of Stoughton in the street stocks.
Gary Goudy Sr. of Stoughton won the hobby stock division on September 29, while Gregg Mann of Estevan took the street stock feature.
All of the features were 30 laps on September 28. The hobby stocks and the street stocks had 30-lap features on the 29th, while the modifieds had a 50-lap feature.
The event also had a calcutta, a show-and-shine, a cabaret feature Third Degree Birnz and other attractions.
All of the races and the other activities were held a kilometre-and-a-half west of Manor on Highway 13.
