A 20-year-old female was the victim of an indecent exposure in the south-central area of Estevan on September 2. An unknown male walked out of some bushes and exposed his genitals to the female as she was driving by. The male is described as Caucasian, approximately 20 years old, standing five-foot-eight and having a skinny build. He had brown hair that was short on the sides and spiked on top. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Estevan Police Service.
Police learned of a suspicious vehicle parked behind a school in northeast Estevan. The operator of the vehicle was located and advised they couldn't sleep in their car in this area.
A report was received of three young people under the age of 12 being cruel to animals in the south-central area of Estevan. Further investigation revealed that one male was the main suspect. He and his family were spoken to about his actions.
A report of a male unlawfully attempting to climb the side of a residence with the use of a ladder was received. The male was confronted by an occupant of the house, at which point the male ran from the scene. A search of the area was unsuccessful in locating the suspect.
An unoccupied vehicle with expired registration was located when it was stopped partially on a street in the central area of Estevan. While the vehicle was being towed the 31-year-old Estevan male who had been operating the vehicle returned to the scene as a passenger in a vehicle operated by a 22-year-old Benson male. Both males were placed under arrest for outstanding warrants. The 22-year-old male was also arrested for driving while impaired and driving while over .08. Both males were lodged in cells and remanded in for a court date on September 4 in Carlyle.
A report of a loud disturbance in northeast Estevan was received on September 3. Further investigation revealed a disagreement between two young males, which led a 16-year-old male to threaten an 18-year-old male with an air soft/pellet gun. The males are mutual acquaintances. The gun was seized and the matter is under investigation.
Police were alerted to an intoxicated male September 4 who was wandering on a street and was almost hit by a motorist. Police located the male, arrested him for public intoxication, and lodged him in cells until sober.
Officers checked a vehicle September 5 in the city's north end, and observed it was being driven erratically. Police checked the vehicle and a 49-year-old Estevan man was found to be impaired. He was arrested and charged with impaired driving and driving while over .08. He will appear in court in Estevan later in October.
Police were called to a disturbance at a local nightclub September 6 involving four patrons. Three were friends and had been asked to leave. When police arrived, the three subjects were leaving and were sent on their way in a cab. Police later located two of the subjects near another nightclub in an extremely intoxicated condition. They were subsequently arrested, lodged in cells and charged with public intoxication.
A 23-year-old male had his license suspended for 30 days after police conducted a roadside screening device test. He was stopped due to driving actions.
Police were called to a disturbance at a local lounge. Some damage occurred as a result, and arrangements have been made to have the damage paid from by the responsible parties. No further action was required.

Police were dealing with a male on September 7 who was lodged in cells for impaired driving and driving while over .08. The person told officers that his eight-year-old daughter was at home alone, and he had to get home. Police had the RCMP check on the daughter. It was found out the person lied to the officer so he could get out of cells. He was charged with mischief.
Police were called to the fair grounds because a person was acting peculiar. The complainant said that the suspect was bothering people and asking for smokes. He was also leading a horse around. Police attended, located the person and arrested him for public intoxication. He was lodged in cells till sober. Police investigated the complaint about the horse. It was learned that the horse was not his. He was subsequently charged with mischief.

A fight at a local nightclub was reported, which lead to police looking into an assault on a female. She had been in another altercation when a male subject struck and pushed her. Police located the suspect nearby and have obtained his identity. The matter is still under investigation.
Police stopped a 28-year-old male as a result of driving actions, which lead to a license\ suspension for 24 hours. The subject was released and within minutes, was noted by police to be driving his vehicle again. He was subsequently charged for suspended driving. His vehicle was seized to prevent him from driving again.
