A 29-year-old and 32-year-old males were charged with possession of a controlled substance on Wednesday afternoon after police stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction. More than 20 grams of marijuana was seized. The two males will make their court appearance on March 25.
Police are investigating a gas theft from a local service station. The matter was reported around 6 a.m. on Wednesday morning. Police have a suspect in the matter, as a license plate was obtained. The incident is under investigation.
A report of damage to a vehicle was also reported. Upon closer inspection, police determined there was no damage and that the vehicle was older and deteriorating.
An accident involving a loader and a power pole was also reported to police. The matter has been referred to SaskPower and insurance.
