Members of the St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church's Parish will be performing a musical next month.

"Solomon the Musical" will be performed on Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2, at the church. Both performances will start at 7:30 p.m. The production features the acting and singing talents of people from the church.

The play is written by Dennis and Nan Allen of Allen House Productions. It chronicles the life of the great Israeli king Solomon, and it features many of the characters who played an important role in the life of Solomon, who was renowned for his wisdom while guiding Israel.

Stacy Grunert will be the director for the play. Choreography will be tackled by Sharlene Holliday.
