Police report

*Estevan Police Service members arrested a 30-year-old male January 12, and charged him for being intoxicated in a public place, as per the Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act, and for breaching the conditions of his undertaking. He was found by police in a north-central establishment, and lodged in cells until sober. He made his first court appearance January 21 in Estevan Provincial Court.

*Police responded to an east-central establishment, where an 18-year-old male was arrested for carrying a weapon dangerous to the public. He had a 177-calibre air pistol. He was also charged with being in a licensed premise as a minor under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act. The youth was lodged in cells until sober. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance in Estevan Provincial Court on February 4.

*A 32-year-old male was arrested and served a 24-hour suspension after police found him behind the driver’s seat of his vehicle while it was running at a north-central establishment. He was transported to the police station where he was lodged in cells until sober.

*Members responded to a residence in central Estevan on January 11 on a report of a domestic disturbance. Both individuals were spoken to and the matter was resolved without further incident.

*Police arrested a 21-year-old male in central Estevan for being intoxicated in a public place. He was transported to the police station where he was lodged in cells until sober.

*Members attended a residence in central Estevan on a report of a domestic disturbance. The matter was defused without further incident.

*Police responded to a traffic collision between a semi and a pickup truck in east-central Estevan. Damage was minor and there weren't any injuries.

*Officers were called to a north-central business because a customer was causing a disturbance. Matter was resolved without incident once police arrived.

*Police discovered a vehicle in the parking lot of a northeast Estevan establishment with one of its doors open. Further investigation revealed the vehicle was struck by another vehicle, which caused the door to open. The matter remains under investigation.

*Police were called to an east-central train trestle on the report of a suspicious male walking on the tracks. Further investigation revealed the male was conducting repairs to the trestle.
