The Estevan Public Library celebrated Saskatchewan Libraries Week by hosting a non-traditional event, Piping Like a Pro, on October 21. Stacy Murphy from Sweet Pea’s Cupcakes offered instructions on how to decorate cupcakes with basic piping techniques, as well as advise on how to fill icing bags and how to tint icing.
