A show-and-shine in downtown Estevan was one of the top attractions during this year's Pure Energy Motorsports Weekend, which was organized by the Estevan Chamber of Commerce.
A total of 61 entries were received for the show-and-shine. Cars, trucks and motorcycles from different generations were lined up in the centre lanes of Fourth Street. Hundreds of people showed up to view the vehicles.
Judges determined the winners for the best bike, best street car, best performance car, best truck and best paint job. The public voted for the people's choice award.
Other highlights included tricycle races, an appearance by exhibition wheel stander "Nitro" Mike Kunz, concessions, a balloon artist, sales by downtown merchants and a free movie at the Orpheum Theatre.
