Estevan Police respond to a collision

Estevan Police Service members responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 14th Avenue and Fifth Street on Wednesday morning.
The driver of an eastbound vehicle left the stop sign and struck a northbound vehicle. The impact was such that the airbags deployed for the northbound vehicle.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle has been charged under the Traffic Safety Act for leaving a stop sign before it was safe. No injuries occurred.
