The Estevan Police Service is advising the public that the City of Estevan has cancelled the business license of Plazio Industries.
The company has been going door-to-door and conducting high-pressure vacuum cleaner sales. Several complaints have been registered with the Estevan Police Service and Estevan City Council in regards to their sales techniques.
The company’s sales representatives have reportedly been very pushy, and have used high-pressure sales techniques. Once one of their representatives is inside the home, it is very difficult to get them to leave.
Police are asking the public to report any further incidents involving this company and its representatives. Plazio Industries can no longer legally conduct their business within the city.
