Eight teams enter the chili cook-off

Bowls of steaming chili were served to the public on Saturday during the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum's (EAGM) annual chili cook-off.

Several awards were handed out. For the second straight year, TS&M Supply was presented with the Judges' Choice Award for having the best chili. Estevan Fire Services won the People's Choice Award, which was voted on by the public.

Body and Sole had the best decorated booth.

Other teams entered in the competition were Nelson Meats, CJ Inspections, Murray GM, the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum, and the Estevan and District Board of Tourism, Trade and Commerce.

Proceeds from the event will be directed to the EAGM's educator programs.
